BCA Financial is an independently owned affiliate of Bazilio Cobb Associates (BazilioCobbAssociates.com).  Since our founding in 1983 we have provided professional services to federal, state, and local government agencies, Fortune 500 companies, nonprofit organizations, and various public and private sector clients.

We are a full-service firm providing traditional accounting, audit, and tax preparation services, as well as a wide range of consulting, management consulting, and financial consulting

From our primary offices in Washington, D.C. and Lanham, MD, we serve clients both nationally and internationally.

Staff Profiles

Michael J. Cobb, CPA
Mr. Cobb is the managing member of BCA Financial.  He specializes in Tax preparation and planning services, as well as financial planning.  Mr. Cobb is a past chair of the District of Columbia Board of Accountancy.  He graduated from Tulane University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, and an MBA in Finance and Accounting.
